Roland Dugas

Roland Dugas of Louisiana is an independent petroleum landman from Baton Rouge. He is a past president of NDA’s South Louisiana Branch and has helped organize numerous educational field days, seminars, and fundraising events. He is also involved in numerous other conservation, business, and leadership organizations.
